Inspection

From web-based reporting to advanced scheduling, Mitec’s powerful and innovative inspection services provide you with unparalleled flexibility. The use of handheld technology allows Mitec to inspect your entire fire protection system and immediately transmit the completed report to a secure server.  The compiled report is available for you to view, download, or print anytime you wish, and from anywhere.  Also included as part of your ongoing inspection program is online storage of your most critical inspection records through RecordSafe™.

Included in our inspections services is advanced scheduling, usually 30 days prior to your inspection. We provide a sample Inspection Memo for your use in notifying tenants or other building occupants of the upcoming inspection. You also receive a Microsoft® Word document complete with all of the instruction you will need in preparing for your upcoming inspection.  Your inspection is scheduled using Internet standard tools, such as iCalendar.  The iCalendar appointment is sent via email to your registered email address, and with just a click, your own Calendar is updated with the time and date of the scheduled inspection.  The iCalendar works with Outlook, ACT!, Goldmine, ECCO, Louts Organizer, and a host of other scheduling tools.
